Chapel Hill Denham Management Ltd.

About

Chapel Hill Denham Ghana provides the full suite of investment banking and financial advisory services to a diverse local and international client base. Through the business in Ghana, we also cover the rest of West Africa. Our history in the region dates back to 2010 when our Accra office was established. Chapel Hill Denham has a simple and powerful model focused on investment banking and investment management. Chapel Hill Denham Advisory is Nigeria and Africa’s leading independent investment bank. Chapel Hill Denham Management is Nigeria’s leading alternative asset manager. Our funds are focused on areas accretive to Africa’s and Nigeria’s economic development targeting sectors such as Infrastructure, Energy and Renewables, Real Estate, SMEs, Financial Inclusion, Healthcare and Education. The growing size and prosperity of the middle classes across Nigeria offers an incredible reward to those managers that can address the needs of institutional clients and retail investors in the country. The investment industry is a natural beneficiary of the increasing growth in wealth and savings among the middle classes across many emerging markets. A consistent focus on under-served segments which have had limited access to capital, can lead to significant gains in economic development and impact. Historically, there has been a lack of an investment culture in Nigeria and across Africa, but even a small shift can present significant opportunities given the scale of Nigeria’s population.
